Checking your statements

The statements you receive from TWUSUPER let you check the health of your super savings, and they’re also a reminder of how your super is invested, how much insurance cover you have and who you have nominated as your beneficiaries.

Take a few moments to check your benefit statement to see how you’re tracking and if there’s any changes you need to make.


Your super online

You can access your personal super information and check your account balance online through MemberAccess. You will need your Member number to register for MemberAccess. If you do not know your member number please call 1800 222 071.


Finding lost super

If you’ve had super paid into a number of different super funds, you may have lost track of it, and the funds may have lost track of you.

Through AUSfund you can search online for your lost super and have it transferred into your TWUSUPER account.
