Our Member Service Officers can help you with all things super, whether it be making an insurance claim, finding lost super, managing your super online, or getting information you need to plan for your retirement.

Get personal, flexible service

At TWUSUPER you deal with the one Member Service Officer. You have their direct contact details so you don’t need to explain your situation all over again to someone else when you call.

And we’re flexible – talk to us over the phone, in person or by email.

  • Phone

    We can get a lot done over the phone, including updating your details, combining your super or talking you through how to manage your account online.

    Call us on 1800 222 071 between 8am and 8pm (AEST/AEDT) weekdays.

  • In person

    We can arrange to meet you in person at your workplace. 

    If you’re a long way from a capital city or need immediate help, we may not be able to meet you in person. But with the help of technology, such as video calls, you can still get the same help.

  • Email

    Email memberservice@twusuper.com.au and ask for a Member Service Officer to get back to you. Don’t forget to let us know what state or territory you live in so we put you in contact with the right person.
