Advice services

TWUSUPER members can get limited financial advice* over the phone. For straightforward matters about your TWUSUPER account, such as investment choice, contributions or insurance, there is no extra cost to use this service – the cost is included in the indirect fees that apply to all super accounts.

And if you’re ready to take a closer look at your super or financial situation more generally, you can get comprehensive financial advice* over the phone or face-to-face. There is no charge for an initial appointment – and at the end of the initial appointment, you'll be provided with an obligation-free quote before deciding whether to proceed.
