Advice services

TWUSUPER members can get limited financial advice* over the phone. For straightforward matters about your TWUSUPER account, such as investment choice, contributions or insurance, there is no extra cost to use this service – the cost is included in the fees that apply to all super accounts.

And if you’re ready to take a closer look at your options as you get closer to retirement, you can get financial advice about starting or adjusting a TransPension account as well as ‘retirement health check’ projections that detail how you are tracking towards a better retirement. There is no charge for an initial appointment and you will be provided with an obligation free quote before deciding whether to proceed.
