Combine your super and save

Combine your super and save
When you combine all your super into your TWUSUPER account, you only pay one set of fees and have one account to manage. Over time, this can make a big difference to your retirement income.
You also make the most of our strong long-term investment returns* and insurance designed for the people who keep Australia moving.
To check if you have lost super, follow the four steps below.
Follow these 4 steps
- Log in to your TWUSUPER account
You'll need your member number, if you can't remember it, you can find your member number on your Annual Statement. - Verify your identity
You'll need two items of identification on hand, like your driver's licence and Medicare card or Australian passport. - Find your other super accounts
After logging in, click on the drop-down menu on the right of the page and choose 'Find my super'. - Select accounts to combine
Your search results will provide you with the details of any super accounts you may have lost track of. You can choose which accounts in the list you want to transfer to your TWUSUPER account. Only super funds you have previously given your tax file number (TFN) will be in the list.
Important information
Before closing any other super fund accounts, you should check your insurance entitlements, any fees and costs that may apply, or other benefits that may be affected when you transfer. You can apply to transfer your existing insurance cover to TWUSUPER without health checks (subject to conditions).
It’s important not to close your account or cancel your insurance cover with your old super fund until you have received written confirmation from us that your insurance transfer has been accepted. For more information about transferring insurance cover, read our Insurance Guide.
