Member Online gives you secure online access to your account. Through Member Online you can:
- Update your details
- Check your balance
- Track your super pension payments
- Check and update your investment options
On the first time you login to Member Online with a new account, you will receive a temporary code which you will be prompted to enter when you log in - you can choose to receive this via email or SMS. You will be guided through the set-up process, this takes about two minutes.
When prompted you will need to enter the temporary code to access your account online.

Do you have a Super Pension account?
You don't need two different sign ins - you can toggle between your super and your pension account once you're logged in to Member Online.
